Violet and I earned another Junior Ranger Badge! Hurrah! It's from Castle Clinton, an old old fort in Battery Park. It used to be way out in the harbor, but over time, Manhattan grew.  Now Castle Clinton is in the middle of Battery Park.

The best part was learning about all the different things you can shoot out of a cannon- grape shot, bar shot, chain shot, and lots more!
